Design Requirements:
All buildings shall be constructed of high quality materials. Masonry and fiber cement panels/boards shall be the dominant materials. Synthetic stucco (ie EIFS, STO) and vinyl siding are prohibited. Cement stucco can only be used for accents and cannot be more than 10% of the façade. All facades that are visible to any public R-O-W shall be of primary materials. (As of 6/13/24)
