- School Board Update: Rashon Hasan, the newly appointed District Superintendent, will be in attendance to provide an update on his background and leadership approach. Mr. Hasan previously served as the Superintendent of the Plainfield School District. He will discuss his transition to the Asbury Park position and outline his strategies for effective and efficient management.
- Edwin Ruiz, who assumed the role of acting BOA superintendent in March 2026, will deliver a presentation. He promptly addressed a budget deficit exceeding $7 million and will provide an update on recent District activities.
- Updates on School Taxes and Art/Cultural Activities
- The AP Police Department will address any questions regarding parking and any other residential concerns

Featured Community Group: AP’N3
The AP’N3 Short Film Challenge is presented by the Asbury Park Arts Council (APAC). It fosters a dynamic community of aspiring filmmakers, developing Asbury Park as a cutting edge incubator of film creation in New Jersey. The Challenge provides a platform that invites filmmakers to produce a short film, gain exposure and enhance their talents in digital storytelling all through the lens of Asbury Park. All genres are acceptable.
