The applicant proposes to construct a multi-family residential/commercial building, on an approximately 83,736 sq. ft. tract of land in the Prime Renewal Area of the Waterfront Redevelopment Area. The development consists of 155 apartments and commercial floor area of 9,390 sf, 270 parking spaces located within an internal parking structure, indoor and outdoor recreation space as well as utility, mechanical and support facilities. Subdivision and consolidation of the existing lots is proposed resulting in two development lots; one for the multi-family mixed use development and a second lot to contain an existing eating and drinking establishment, the Wonder Bar.
