The Asbury Park Homeowners Association (APHA) has been advocating for homeowners for more than 25 years. We have been front and center on local issues such as short-term rentals, real estate taxes, and development.
Our mission also includes charitable giving to improve life in Asbury. From Porchfest to building beautiful public gardens; from house tours to local college scholarships – The Asbury Park Homeowners Association has been here for all residents.

Membership dues are per calendar year* and due in December. At $20/year, we have not had an increase in more than 5 years. APHA is a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization. EIN #22-3439759
*You are welcome to join at any time of the year. Monies collected in December will go towards membership in the following year.
