SUMMARY:Porchfest
DESCRIPTION:AP Porchfest is a 501c3 charity that has been putting on a free day of live music in Asbury Park since 2018. In that time\, there have been more than 600 performances by an amazing group of local bands ranging from Americana to Rap\, from blues to Broadway. And thanks to you\, we have raised over $50\,000 for local charities. This year we are proud to support Mercy Center – A food bank with dignity serving over 3\,500 local families a month. And Trinity Churches Code Blue program. The primary aim of the program is to save lives by preventing people from freezing to death. Last year\, Code Blue Winter Warming Center served 345 people (21% of whom were women) over 65 nights when temperatures dropped below freezing.
