Founded in 1995, the 500 members strong Asbury Park Homeowners Association is a not-for-profit corporation providing resident homeowners with an organized means of gathering together to enhance the quality of life in our city.

We remain politically active, currently taking on the issues that concern us all. From short-term rentals to parking issues, from bike sharing to taxes – the APHA is here to the represent homeowners' interest.

From our annual Porchfest uniting local musicians on local porches throughout the city, to building public gardens, to feeding hundreds through free vegetable gardens, to providing college scholarships for Asbury Park High School scholars; since 1995 our mission remains to enhance the quality of life in our city. APHA supports the interests of our members through community initiatives and institutions  which strengthens the bonds among all residents and benefit the greater good.

We envision a community of neighbors working together  in private and voluntary association to achieve a higher quality of life. We strive to enhance our city and increase property values in a sustainable way.

In fulfilling our mission and achieving our vision we value fairness, kindness, equity, participation, respect, honesty, cooperation, and neighborliness in all of our actions.
